Hebelwerk ist auch kostenlos kein Demo, sondern ein vollständiges Werkzeug — alle Rechner, alle Nachweise, beliebig große Modelle. Bezahlt wird nicht für Funktionen, sondern für die drei Wege, die Platz auf unserem Server brauchen oder das Haus verlassen: Modelle im Konto, die Firmenstammdaten im Ausgabekopf und jede Ausgabe — Datei wie Ausdruck.
Was die Stufen später unterscheiden wird, steht unten schon dabei. Die Preise nennen wir, sobald die Beta endet — und rechtzeitig vorher, nicht am selben Tag.

Für Firmenkunden: Sobald die Beta endet, nennen wir Brutto- und Nettobeträge getrennt. Mit gültiger USt-IdNr. aus einem anderen EU-Land wird ohne Umsatzsteuer abgerechnet (Reverse-Charge).
Was das heißt: Bei allem, was man herunterlädt oder sofort nutzt, gibt es normalerweise vierzehn Tage Widerrufsrecht. Das gilt aber nur, solange die Leistung noch nicht erbracht ist. Wer sofort loslegen will, verzichtet darauf — so steht es im Gesetz (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
Ohne Haken geht es auch: Dann schalten wir erst nach vierzehn Tagen frei, und du kannst bis dahin ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Schreib uns in dem Fall kurz.
Was beim Ablauf passiert
Läuft eine Stufe aus, fällt der Zugang auf die kostenlose Fassung zurück: Der Editor läuft weiter mit allen Funktionen und ohne Größengrenze. Deine Modelle im Konto bleiben lesbar — geladen, gerechnet und am Schirm angesehen werden sie unverändert. Zum Herunterladen als Datei braucht es wieder eine Lizenz. Gelöscht wird nichts, und wenn du deine Modelle nach dem Ablauf als Dateien brauchst, schreib uns: wir stellen sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen bereit. Vierzehn Tage vor Ablauf bekommst du eine Mail.
Häufige Fragen
Was heißt „keine Ausgabe“ genau?
Alles, was das Blatt verlässt, ist gemeint: Modelldatei, CSV, DXF, Excel-Arbeitsmappe, Bild, Film — und ebenso jeder Ausdruck, also Bericht, Rechenbericht, Stückliste und die Blätter der Fenster. Nicht gemeint ist das Sichern im Gerät: Autosicherung, Zwischenstände und Rückgängig arbeiten in der kostenlosen Fassung unverändert. Die Knöpfe bleiben alle sichtbar und sagen beim Antippen, was sie täten.
Warum kostet gerade das Speichern und Exportieren etwas?
Weil genau das uns Geld kostet. Ein Modell im Konto belegt dauerhaft Platz auf einem Server, den wir bezahlen. Rechnen und Anzeigen passieren in deinem Browser und kosten uns nichts — deshalb sind sie frei, vollständig und ohne Grenze.
Was passiert nach dem 31. Oktober?
Sobald die Beta endet, nennen wir die Preise hier — und schreiben allen, die ein Konto haben, rechtzeitig vorher. Niemand wird von einer Abbuchung überrascht: In der Beta ist keine Karte hinterlegt, weil es nichts zu buchen gibt.
Gibt es in der kostenlosen Fassung eine Größengrenze?
Nein. Beliebig viele Glieder, Gelenke, Antriebe und Lastfälle; jeder Rechner und jede Ansicht sind offen. Ein Modell aus einer Datei oder aus den Beispielen lädt und rechnet vollständig.
Kann ich monatlich kündigen?
Ja. Das Monatsabonnement endet zum nächsten Monatsersten. Es gibt keine Kündigungsfrist. Bezahlte Zeit läuft immer zu Ende, es wird nichts anteilig entzogen.
Bekomme ich eine Rechnung?
Ja, automatisch per Mail, mit ausgewiesener Umsatzsteuer. Für Business auf die Firma.

Free of charge, Hebelwerk is not a demo but a complete tool — every calculator, every check, models of any size. You do not pay for features but for the three things that take up room on our server or leave the house: models in your account, the company details in the output header, and any output — file or printout.
What will later separate the tiers is already listed below. We will name the prices when the beta ends — and in good time beforehand, not on the same day.

For business customers: once the beta ends we will state gross and net amounts separately. With a valid VAT ID from another EU country we invoice without VAT (reverse charge).
What this means: For anything you download or use straight away there is normally a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. It applies only as long as the service has not yet been provided. If you want to start immediately, you give it up — that is what the law says (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code).
It works without the tick, too: we then unlock after fourteen days, and until then you can withdraw without giving reasons. Just drop us a line in that case.
What happens when a tier expires
Access falls back to the free version: the editor keeps running with all its functions and no size limit. Your models in the account stay readable — loading, calculating and viewing them works unchanged. Downloading them as files needs a licence again. Nothing is deleted, and if you need your models as files after expiry, write to us: we will make them available within 30 days. Fourteen days before expiry you get an e-mail.
Frequently asked
What exactly does “no output” mean?
Everything that leaves the sheet: model file, CSV, DXF, Excel workbook, image, video — and equally every printout, that is the report, the calculation report, the parts list and the window sheets. It does not mean saving on your device: autosave, snapshots and undo work unchanged in the free version. All the buttons stay visible and say what they would do when you tap them.
Why is it saving and exporting that costs something?
Because that is what costs us money. A model in the account permanently occupies room on a server we pay for. Calculating and displaying happen in your browser and cost us nothing — which is why they are free, complete and without a limit.
What happens after 31 October?
When the beta ends we will state the prices here and write to everyone who has an account, in good time. Nobody will be surprised by a charge: during the beta no card is stored, because there is nothing to book.
Is there a size limit in the free version?
No. Any number of links, joints, drives and load cases; every calculator and every view is open. A model from a file or from the examples loads and calculates completely.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. The monthly subscription ends on the first of the following month. There is no notice period. Time you have paid for always runs out; nothing is withdrawn pro rata.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically by e-mail, with VAT shown. For Business made out to the company.
